Media Consent & Assumption of Risk / Liability Release

1. Media Release

Participant grants Upgrade Community, Spring Bengtzen, SOZO Breath, and their affiliated brands the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and use Participant's name, likeness, voice, image, and statements for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes without compensation or prior approval.

2. Health Acknowledgment

BREATHE involves guided breathwork, which uses intentional breathing patterns and can cause physical sensations such as lightheadedness, tingling, or temporary emotional release. Participation is voluntary and self-paced — you may sit up, slow your breathing, or stop at any time.

Breathwork is not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and nothing provided during the session constitutes medical advice. Participants who are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, a seizure disorder, a history of stroke or aneurysm, a serious mental health condition, or any other condition that guided breathing exercises could affect, should consult a physician before participating and may wish to sit out or modify the session.

3. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in BREATHE, including physical, emotional, and any other risks arising from the session.

Participant is solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes related to their participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upgrade Community, Spring Bengtzen, SOZO Breath, Louie Hamner, and all affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation.

4. Acknowledgment

By registering, Participant confirms they have read and agree to the Media Release, Health Acknowledgment, and Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability above.
